Vickie is a Director with over 25 years of experience working for and consulting with healthcare organizations to drive sustained improvements in net revenue and quality. She is skilled in overall revenue cycle management with expertise in clinical documentation, case management, and charge capture improvement which also positively impacts data quality and patient outcomes.
Vickie brings a broad and integrated background spanning Health Information Management (HIM), revenue integrity, utilization review, quality management, and denial prevention. She has deep expertise in patient chart and claim review, data analysis, and identifying workflow improvements that directly support engagement goals. Over the course of her career, Vickie has led the design of targeted education, overseen disciplined work plan execution, and implemented ongoing monitoring strategies to drive and sustain measurable, longterm performance improvements.
Prior to joining Accordion, Vickie was a Director at Pinnacle. Before that, Vickie was a Project Manager at BRG | Prism and Huron Consulting Group, and she has also served in leadership roles at healthcare organizations.
Vickie received her Master of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University and graduated from Indiana University School of Medicine with a B.S.
