Simon is an Associate in the Strategic Finance practice with nearly four years of experience helping private equity-backed portfolio companies improve performance visibility, strengthen planning and forecasting capabilities, and optimize finance operations.
Since joining Accordion, Simon has partnered directly with CFOs and finance teams at companies of various sizes across technology, healthcare, industrials, and consumer products. His project experience has included building modeling and reporting infrastructure for newly acquired companies, supporting the design and implementation of a large-scale Customer 360 data initiative, contributing to transaction integration efforts, and serving in interim FP&A roles. Across his engagements, he has built 3-statement models, 13-week cash flow forecasts, monthly reporting packages, and other financial and operational analyses. He has also designed KPIs and advanced analytics platforms, developed budget and forecast processes, and conducted organizational assessments.
Simon graduated from Middlebury College with a B.A. in Economics.
