Amanda is an Associate on Accordion’s Operational & Technical Accounting Policy team. Her expertise spans carve-out and divestiture accounting, technical accounting memos, and SEC financial reporting, complemented by strong capabilities in data automation and cross-functional team coordination.

Prior to joining Accordion, Amanda spent 3 years at PwC on the Capital Markets Accounting Advisory Services (CMAAS) team, preparing carve-out financial statements and SEC filings for global clients in the media, energy and telecommunications industries. She also helped develop and pilot internal AI tools, including a Gen AI restructuring tool adopted firm-wide.

Amanda graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science with an M.S. in Accounting, Organizations and Institutions, and from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.B.A. in Accounting and a Master in Professional Accounting.
