Kyle is a Director within Accordion’s Financial Accounting Advisory Services Practice, with over ten years of experience spanning a variety of sectors including Technology, Mobility, and Life Sciences. He is a subject matter expert in US GAAP, IFRS, and SEC Regulations. Kyle has helped companies with IPO readiness and execution, accounting for acquisitions, GAAP conversions, and implementation of new accounting standards.
At EY, a global consulting company, he worked in the Financial Accounting Advisory Services Practice for six years where he specialized in capital markets transactions, such as IPOs, Direct Listings, SPACs, “UP-C” IPOs, and significant acquisitions as well as implementation of new accounting standards. Prior to EY, Kyle spent 4 years in the assurance practice at Deloitte, focusing primarily on technology and media companies.
Kyle received his Bachelor of Science from Cal Poly University in San Luis Obispo and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of California.
