Alex is a Vice President, People Business Partner with extensive experience supporting fast-growing, high-performance organizations.
Prior to joining Accordion, Alex served as a Human Resources Manager at L.E.K. Consulting, where she partnered closely with senior leadership to enhance the employee experience, strengthen performance management practices, and drive organizational effectiveness across the U.S. During her tenure, she helped lead key initiatives spanning employee engagement strategy, leadership development, and the implementation of a global HRIS.
Alex began her career at Collins Aerospace as an HR Generalist while completing her master’s degree. After graduation, she relocated to Boston to continue her HR career at Barton Associates, where she worked as an Employee Relations Specialist. In this role, she partnered closely with legal counsel to support U.S. offices in areas including performance management, workplace accommodations, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
Alex holds a Master of Science in Public Relations and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Quinnipiac University.
