Carly Gollihar

Carly is a Director in the Revenue Cycle CoE within the Transformation Practice and brings twelve years of experience in in the Healthcare Industry. She is skilled in leading change management across all facets of healthcare practices including patient intake, clinical operations, and revenue cycle management.

Prior to joining Accordion, Carly served as Senior Director of Clinical Operations at AllerVie Health where she led and managed multiple cross-functional process improvement workstreams including RCM offshore vendor selection and implementation, Patient Responsibility Estimation and Collections as well as AR and Denial Management.

Prior to AllerVie Health, she was Senior Director of New Services at Low T Center where she led and project-managed the rollout and continuous improvement of six new services including the continuous coordination and training of clinical staff, site, and regional administrative staff, revenue cycle staff, and marketing staff.

Carly has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Systems from Tarleton State University where she was also Captain of the Volleyball team.
