Suleymaan Choudhry is a Senior Director in Accordion’s Performance Improvement practice with over 15 years of experience advising private equity sponsors and management teams on operational transformation, value creation, and margin expansion initiatives. His work focuses on optimizing end-to-end operating processes across both commercial and operational functions, including Lead-to-Cash, Source-to-Pay, and broader supply chain and procurement operations.
At Accordion, Suleymaan leads cross-functional transformation initiatives designed to improve financial performance, strengthen operating discipline, and unlock sustainable EBITDA growth. He works closely with executive teams to enhance Lead-to-Cash processes, improve data governance and reporting, and align commercial operations with finance and billing functions to reduce revenue leakage and support scalable growth. In parallel, he leads initiatives across Source-to-Pay and supply chain operations, including strategic sourcing, procurement transformation, distribution network optimization, and working capital improvement.
Suleymaan has led engagements across a wide range of industries including software and data services, manufacturing, hospitality, retail, and professional services. His work frequently involves partnering with portfolio company leadership to identify operational improvement opportunities, implement scalable processes and systems, and deliver measurable improvements in cost structure, cash flow, and operational efficiency.
Prior to joining Accordion, Suleymaan spent eight years in performance improvement and post-merger integration consulting and three years in operational roles across supply chain planning and distribution operations. He began his career in distribution operations before moving into inventory planning and forecasting at an apparel company – experiences that shaped his practical perspective on end-to-end operational execution. Suleymaan holds a B.S. in Supply Chain and Operations Management from Miami University’s Farmer School of Business.
