Chris Ellis is a Senior Director at Accordion with more than 15 years of experience building production software, agentic AI systems, data platforms, and technology organizations. 

Before joining Accordion, Chris led technology organizations spanning AI, software engineering, data, infrastructure, security, and compliance.  He built enterprise AI platforms and the technical teams, data systems, and operating practices required to scale them. Earlier in his career, he founded and advised software businesses. 

Chris specializes in turning complex operational problems into reliable AI and data products. He builds teams that move quickly, stay close to the business problem, and hold production systems to a high engineering bar. His experience spans healthcare, retail, food delivery, legal services, enterprise SaaS, and customer experience. His work includes evals, workflow automation, cloud architecture, data engineering, and governance for SOC 2, HIPAA, and PCI environments. 

Chris earned a Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Go Heels!
