Sebastian is a Director with over a decade of experience in driving impactful transformation across sectors on a global scale. He specializes in operating model re-design, with a proven track record of delivering fast outcomes in complex, cross-functional environments.
Prior to joining Accordion, Sebastian spent six years at the HealthTech agency of Singapore, where he liaised with healthcare Group CFOs and high-ranking government officials in implementing national technology transformation programs. He also led the establishment of a strategic delivery center in a new geography that unlocked significant capacity for the firm.
Before moving to Singapore, Sebastian headed up a change and transformation unit at the largest bank in the Nordics, which focused on performance and process improvement to drive optimization. He was part of the management team for banking operations – shaping the strategy for an organization with an international footprint covering 300 FTE.
Sebastian started his career as a management consultant with the Finance & Performance Management team at EY Sweden. During his EY tenure, he was a key member in designing and implementing a multi-year global finance transformation program spanning 40+ countries for an internationally renowned MNC.
Sebastian graduated from Lund University with a Master of Science in Business and Economics, while concurrently heading up Finance at an e-commerce startup.
