Nick is a Managing Director at Accordion focused on M&A execution and business transformation for privately backed companies. He works with sponsors and portfolio C-suite leaders to navigate the complex operational and financial work that defines the investment lifecycle, from carve-outs and integrations to performance improvement and strategic planning, with a consistent focus on measurable value creation.
Across his advisory career, Nick has managed 10+ large-scale transformations, delivering $1.2B in total savings for clients in financial services, healthcare, benefits and retirement services, and data and technology. He has served as a hands-on partner to leadership teams, connecting client goals to firm expertise and driving engagement execution from start to finish.
Prior to joining Accordion, Nick was a Partner at FCM, where he led transformation engagements spanning separation and integration planning, organization design, process improvement, vendor optimization, and execution governance for private-equity portfolio companies. Before that, he held senior operations and strategy roles at Nielsen, ultimately serving as Chief of Staff to the Chief Operating Officer and driving global priorities across a complex, matrixed organization spanning operations, data acquisition, engineering, and technology.
Nick holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management with concentrations in Operations Management and Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.
