Nick is a Managing Director at Accordion focused on M&A execution and business transformation for private equity-backed companies. He works with sponsors and portfolio C-suite leaders to navigate the complex operational and financial work that defines the investment lifecycle, from carve-outs and integrations to performance improvement and strategic planning.
Prior to joining Accordion, Nick was a Partner at FCM, where he led transformation efforts spanning separation and integration planning, process improvement, vendor analyses and execution governance for private equity portfolio companies. He served as a hands-on partner to leadership teams, connecting client goals to firm expertise and driving engagement execution from start to finish.
Before his advisory career, Nick held senior operations and strategy roles at Nielsen, including Chief of Staff to the Chief Operating Officer, where he executed global operational strategy across operations, data acquisition, engineering and technology.
Nick holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management with concentrations in Operations Management and Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.
