Mohammed Skali is a Senior Director with nearly two decades of experience leading large-scale analytical and data transformations across Fortune 500 companies. Known for his strategic mindset and hands-on leadership, Mohammed brings a unique blend of technical depth and business acumen to solve complex enterprise challenges through data, cloud, and AI.
Prior to Accordion, Mohammed served as a Principal in the data practice at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he designed and delivered cutting-edge data architectures and analytics platforms. He advised C-suite leaders across industries—financial services, retail, consumer goods, and telecom—on how to modernize their data ecosystems and unlock new sources of growth and efficiency. Under his leadership, BCG scaled its offshore data delivery teams and significantly expanded its analytics capabilities and go-to-market footprint.
Mohammed’s portfolio includes the design and delivery of scalable cloud data platforms, customer analytics programs, supply chain visibility solutions, and ESG reporting infrastructure. His ability to partner with C-level stakeholders and translate complex business needs into data-driven strategies has positioned him as a trusted transformation leader.
Before BCG, he held senior roles at Unifi Software, Experian, AT&T, and Capital One, where he led initiatives in data governance, BI, regulatory compliance, and digital analytics.
Mohammed holds an M.B.A. from the University of Texas at Arlington and a B.Sc. in Management Information Systems from IIHEM (Morocco).
