Ash is a Managing Director focused on AI Strategy and Value Creation at Accordion, where she leads data and analytics initiatives. With 15+ years of experience spanning data science, strategy consulting, and business transformation, she has built her career helping organizations unlock value through data-driven insights and right sized investments in technology.
She has worked in multiple industries including manufacturing, retail and advertising technology, with deep specialization in consumer data science, data product commercialization and product optimization. She authored Slalom’s Industry 4.0 technology perspective and led edge analytics and integration projects for MedTech and industrial clients.
Previously, she held senior leadership roles at Slalom as Global Strategy Lead and served as a Portfolio CTO. She began her data science journey in consumer businesses living in hospitality then progressing through roles at Neiman Marcus Group and Annalect. She is a frequent panelist, both presenting research and sharing insight on working with AI at Human[X] and Mobile World Congress.
She holds an M.S. in Marketing Analytics from the University of Texas at Dallas and was a Presidential Scholar at Lake Forest College.
She resides in Dallas with her husband, dogs, and daughter and makes bourbon on the side.
