Rebecca Pfender

Rebecca is a Director in Accordion’s CFO Technology practice with nearly seven years of experience in system implementation and project management, focused on enterprise planning solutions. She works with clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to smaller private businesses as a certified Anaplan Solution Architect and Master Anaplanner, helping finance teams modernize forecasting, workforce planning, and performance reporting.

At Accordion, Rebecca leads Anaplan planning and forecasting work, covering model architecture, build, and rollout for use cases such as P&L forecasting, workforce planning, mergers and acquisitions modeling, and sales and operations planning. She focuses on designing scalable models and processes that improve forecast accuracy and timeliness while remaining accessible for finance users to maintain.

Before joining Accordion through its acquisition of Platform Specialists, she was part of Platform Specialists’ planning practice, where she built and enhanced Anaplan models for a broad range of clients. Earlier in her career, Rebecca worked in corporate finance at a large financial services institution, where she helped bridge technology and the business using Agile methodologies and partnered with technology teams to support external financial reporting requirements. She holds a B.S. in Finance from The Pennsylvania State University.
