Helena Tang

Helena is a Director with nearly two decades of experience in both consulting and industry. She has worked with numerous multinational organizations, as well as several early-stage companies.  She specializes in financial modeling and analysis, collaborating with the Office of the CFO to establish or enhance their FP&A processes. 

Before joining Accordion, Helena spent over a decade as an independent consultant and interim professional in London.  Helena has transformed the budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and valuation processes of multiple portfolio and subsidiary companies.  She has strengthened stakeholder relations by aligning the priorities of internal and external parties, including department heads, investors, trading partners, lenders, and rating agencies.  She has also guided major operational, investment, and financing decisions through dynamic scenario analysis and long-term planning models.  

 Helena’s career has provided her with international experience, working with companies operating in Europe, North America, Australasia, and the Gulf, and spanning industries such as transport, leisure, retail, media, real estate, energy, and manufacturing. 

Helena began her career in Australia as a graduate in strategic financial services with PKF.  She was quickly headhunted to Deloitte’s corporate finance division, where she specialized in financial modeling while also working in transaction services, valuation, and advisory.  

Helena graduated with honors from the University of Queensland, earning dual bachelor’s degrees in commerce and business management, and she is a Chartered Accountant.
