Daniel Hagedoorn

Daniel is a Vice President with nearly 9 years of investment management, banking, and financial analysis experience with a focus on process improvement, project management, and business analysis.

Before joining Accordion, Daniel served as a Senior Project Manager at Polen Capital Management, a global Investment Management Firm that specializes in Equity and Fixed Income products. There, he assisted in the building of a PMO and implementation of a firmwide Agile methodology. In his position he guided the firm through multiple mergers and acquisitions, intricate investment product and strategy launches, and implemented critical business systems.

Prior to Polen Capital, Daniel was a Project Manager and Business Analyst at Morgan Stanley. There, he specialized in cross-divisional, and firm- wide initiatives on behalf of the Wealth Management Private Banking Group. His impact was focused on improvements to daily bank and brokerage cash sweeps, deposit product creation and testing, and the firm’s back-end accounting system.

Daniel graduated from the University of South Carolina with a B.A. and holds a PMP certification as well as certifications as a Product Owner and Scrum Master.
