Lucy is a director with 12 years of experience advising private equity investors, their portfolio companies, and publicly listed companies on finance and operational transformation across the deal lifecycle. Her experience spans carve-out execution, post-deal integration, and value creation, with a focus on scalable operating models and measurable performance improvement.
She has led complex carve-out separation programs for organizations ranging from multi-billion-dollar consumer goods companies to industrial manufacturing businesses. Her work includes separating interconnected cost structures, designing fit-for-growth finance organizations, and establishing the people, processes, systems, and data required for newly independent businesses.
Lucy also brings recent integration and post-acquisition transformation experience. She has led teams to accelerate close calendars and private equity reporting for newly acquired portfolio companies, prepare for NetSuite migrations, identify cost reduction opportunities, and facilitate integration planning workshops focused on Day 1 readiness, 100-day plans, and longer-term value creation initiatives. She began her career in audit, where she qualified as a chartered accountant.
Lucy holds a BSc in economics from the University of Leeds and is an ACA Chartered Accountant with the ICAEW.
