Dani is a Managing Director in Accordion’s CFO Advisory Practice with 20 years of experience in audit, advisory, accounting, and finance function improvement. Her background spans working with clients of various sizes across multiple industries, with a strong technical foundation built early in her career that supports her practical and results-driven approach.
Her key functional areas of expertise include finance transformation, process improvement, target operating model design, reporting & management information, program delivery, accounting & controls, and CFO advisory.
Dani has a wide range of industry experience, working with organizations across multiple sectors and client sizes, from mid-market to large enterprises.
Before joining Accordion, Dani spent 15 years at Deloitte, initially in audit before transitioning into advisory roles within CFO advisory. She began her career at Sagars LLP in audit.
Dani earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from the University of Sheffield and is a chartered accountant.
