Nicholas is an Associate Mac Device Management Specialist with more than five years of experience supporting, securing, and streamlining Apple-focused endpoint environments. Before joining Accordion, Nicholas led major endpoint and MDM initiatives at IBM, including a company-wide macOS migration that modernized provisioning, raised compliance across the fleet, and introduced automated enrollment workflows.
