Stephanie is a Vice President of Resource Management with multi-firm experience working across People and Talent teams. Stephanie focuses on building strong, trusted relationships to influence and execute on many components across the broader Talent function.

Prior to joining Accordion, Stephanie led a six-person Staffing team at L.E.K. Consulting, partnering closely with all levels of the firm to enable in-depth relationship-building, increase skills building and enhance professional development opportunities across a consulting team of 700+ multi-practice strategy consultants. As part of the broader U.S. Talent team, Stephanie regularly collaborated across national and global initiatives adopting a cross-functional and strategic approach to all people related projects.

Stephanie started her career at Norbella, an advertising agency in Boston, MA, where she supported various clients in executing omnichannel marketing strategies. Soon thereafter she joined the TJX Companies as part of their Planning & Allocations team, and later transitioned to a Talent Development Specialist role where she led the execution and evolution of various Learning & Development programs within the HomeGoods division.

Stephanie graduated from Suffolk University with a B.S.B.A. in Global Business & Marketing. She completed an international study semester at the University of Thessaloniki, in Greece.
