Taylor Finley-Ponds is a Director in the Transformation practice with expertise spanning healthcare revenue cycle management, enterprise transformation, and AI-enabled workflow automation. She partners with executive teams, boards & sponsors to drive financial performance, operating model redesign, and technology-enabled innovation across complex, high-growth healthcare organizations.
At Accordion, Taylor leads end-to-end transformation engagements for ambulatory physician groups across oncology, infusion, respiratory, primary care, pediatrics, and physical therapy. Her work spans revenue cycle optimization, prior authorization automation, denial management, and business process outsourcing – with a track record of generating $38M+ in measurable value creation through cost optimization, revenue integrity, and digital enablement initiatives.
She brings in-depth experience in fee-for-service revenue cycle models and is expanding that expertise into value-based care economics. She has directed AI and automation implementations leveraging UiPath RPA, Claude, ChatGPT, and Microsoft Copilot to modernize clinical and financial workflows.
Earlier in her career, Taylor specialized in enterprise risk, internal audit, and technology assurance at KPMG, where she supported business process optimization, system implementations, compliance, and data integrity across healthcare, biotechnology, financial services, and technology clients.
Taylor is a graduate of the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Minor in Computer Programming. She is a Program Director of The Raymond Rountree Jr. Foundation, a Board Member of the USC Alumni Network of Colorado, and a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
