Taylor is a Vice President who started her career in internal audit, enterprise risk, and technology assurance. She now is taking her risk background to support business transformations with focus in on operating model optimization and business process automation.
At Accordion, Taylor specializes in revenue cycle management (RCM) and business process outsourcing (BPO). Within RCM, she has experience in healthcare front-end and back-end process optimization, process automation and managing healthcare system implementations. Her BPO experience includes managing healthcare offshore vendor transitions (vendor replacement/offshore expansion, domestic headcount reduction), BPO relationship management (financial and performance management) and operating model redesign.
Taylor started her career at KPMG where she specialized in risk advisory solutions. There, she was the lead associate working with international and global clients where she supported business processes optimization to mitigate risk and ensure compliance across departments. On these projects, she supported compliance/regulation, system implementation and data integrity, business process optimization and acquisition procedures. Industries included healthcare, biotechnology, financial services, apparel, and marketing.
Taylor graduated from the University of Southern California with a B.S. in Business Administration and a Minor in Computer Programming.
