Colin is a Senior Salesforce Consultant with nearly 2 decades of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
Prior to joining A5, Colin served as a Salesforce Senior Administrator at Cognism, where he managed and enhanced Salesforce operations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Before that, he spent more than six years as a Senior Consultant at 4C Consulting, partnering with clients to deliver strategic Salesforce implementations and business process improvements across a variety of industries.
Earlier in his career, Colin held roles in IT systems administration and business analysis, including positions at Milestone Operations Ltd and SAP, where he supported global data management initiatives and enterprise technology operations. His broad technical and business background enables him to bridge the gap between operational needs and effective technology solutions.
Colin holds multiple Salesforce certifications, including Salesforce Certified AI Specialist, Salesforce Certified AI Associate, Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, and Salesforce Certified Administrator. He also holds a Conga Level 1 Composer certification and brings specialized expertise in CPQ and enterprise sales operations.
Colin earned a BSc in Mechanical Design & Manufacture from the University of Plymouth.
