Louie Huang

Louie is a Director with nearly 10 years of advisory experience in CFO services across finance performance improvement, accounting & financial reporting, and he has extensive treasury and transaction experiences focusing on building strong client relationships and executing on improvement initiatives.  His expertise includes assisting companies with strategy and organization design, service delivery model evaluation, and finance end-to-end process optimization leveraging technology enablers.

Prior to Accordion, Louie has delivered solutions across finance transformation, accounting & financial reporting, and treasury solutions services at FTI Consulting Inc and PwC Advisory.  He has deep transaction experience, giving him unique perspective to help clients identify operational issues, financial impacts, and workable solutions across the deal lifecycle.  His experiences span across multiple sectors including industrial, healthcare, technology, and both private and public companies.

Louie has assisted clients in treasury optimization, liquidity planning, cash control, FX risk management and other treasury related roles.  He has served as an assistant treasurer for a manufacturing company, where he served in a broader finance transformation role and helped to lead change management initiatives.  Louie also has experience is U.S. GAAP review and consolidation of entity balance sheets to help prepare opening balance sheet and purchase accounting under ASC805.

Louie started his career as an engineer before pursuing an an MBA degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with concentration in Corporate Finance and Investments.  He also worked at Johnson & Johnson across multiple finance disciplines and New York University in corporate treasury/debt management team.

Louie graduated from the University of Southern California with B.S. in Electrical Engineering.
