Louie is a Director in Accordion’s Finance Transformation practice with over a decade of advisory experience across finance performance improvement, operational enhancements through automation, and treasury, built on an early career in engineering and corporate finance roles.

He focuses on helping CFOs and other C-suite leaders reshape their organizations, operating models, and end to end processes, with an emphasis on improving control, visibility, and working capital while maintaining practical, relationship driven execution. His experience spans technology, healthcare, financial services, and industrials across both public and private companies.

At Accordion, Louie leads finance optimization initiatives across lead-to-cash and source-to-pay workstreams for sponsor-backed platforms, particularly within technology, healthcare, and services industries. Working closely with executive leadership and functional stakeholders, he develops pragmatic recommendations around governance design, service delivery models, and process redesign incorporating automation, AI-enabled tools, and industry leading practices.

His work focuses on driving value creation, strengthening financial controls, and building scalable operating foundations that support long-term growth.

Prior to joining Accordion, Louie advised clients on finance transformation, accounting and financial reporting, and treasury solutions at FTI Consulting and PwC Advisory, where he gained deep transaction experience helping clients identify operational risks, assess financial impacts, and implement practical solutions across the deal lifecycle. His treasury experience includes work in liquidity planning, cash management, and FX risk management. Earlier in his career, he held corporate finance and treasury roles at Johnson & Johnson and New York University.

Louie holds an M.B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with concentrations in Corporate Finance and Investments, and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California.
