Alex Kogan

Alex is a Vice President within Accordion’s Strategic Finance practice, bringing nearly 15 years of experience across FP&A, accounting, operations, and strategy.

Prior to joining Accordion, Alex held roles in the technology and real estate sectors. Most recently, as the Head of Finance at Spring Labs, a venture-backed SaaS company, he acted as the sole financial resource, building the FP&A function from the ground up. In this role, he was critical in setting financial strategy, overseeing budgeting and long-range forecasting, and advising the executive team and board on capital allocation and strategic initiatives.

Alex’s real estate expertise includes tenure at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, where his work spanned corporate and development finance. He led investment analysis for new developments, managed KPI tracking for active projects, and supported public filings through long-term forecasting and financial reporting for the U.S. business. Earlier in his career, at Pangea Properties, a high-growth multifamily REIT, he developed the financial and operational reporting frameworks used to drive profitability and streamline company operations.

Alex graduated with a B.S. in Finance and International Business from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business and is a CFA Charterholder.
