Hank is a Director with over 14 years of private and public accounting experience. After starting his career at State Street Bank as a Fund Accountant for private equity clients in 2008, Hank has since held a wide range of positions with expansive roles and responsibilities.

At Accordion, Hank has assisted clients on financial accounting projects, including developing consolidated financial reporting models in compliance with US GAAP, remapping of ledger and charts of accounts including departments and cost centers, assessment of monthly close and operational processes, treasury management, audit readiness support, and interim controllership assistance.

Before joining Accordion, Hank was most recently the Director of Finance for Manning Gross + Massenburg, a Boston area law firm where he oversaw operational departments, managed annual compliance audits and reviews, assembled yearly budgets and managed monthly and quarterly internal and external reporting deliverables. Additionally, he helped the firm improve accounts payable and treasury practices, moving the firm from checks to ACH and establishing best practices and controls for mitigating fraud risks.

Prior to Manning Gross + Massenburg, Hank was a senior accountant at Foley Hoag. His responsibilities included preparing monthly domestic & foreign consolidated financial statements & budget analysis, supervising the accounting team including reviewing monthly reconciliations and journal entries, preparing audit response documents, and evaluating departmental controls and processes.

Hank also held an accounting position at Boston Medical Center and was an audit associate at Ernst & Young, working primarily with insurance clients.
