Ben is an Associate IT Specialist with more than five years of experience. Adept at diagnosing and resolving various technical issues with a strong commitment to delivering outstanding service. Ben specializes in effectively communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
While working at Jägermeister, Ben was the primary contact for any disruptions related to IT. Ben participated and led multiple projects within the company, helping to streamline any deficiencies, improving workflow productivity.
Ben graduated from Queens College CUNY with a B.A in economics, with a concentration in computer information technology. In addition, Ben has completed his Advanced Individual Training for the Army, at Fort Gordon’s Cyber command center, recognizing him as an IT Specialist (25 Bravo).
