Peter is a Vice President within Accordion’s Strategic Finance practice with over five years of company-level operations, consulting, and investment experience.
With Accordion, Peter partners with management on strategic finance engagements to enable and accelerate value creation.
Prior to Accordion, Peter worked at Dr. Squatch, where he was responsible for identifying and executing initiatives to improve company operations across costing, pricing, packaging, and fulfillment.
Previously, Peter worked for Alliance Consulting Group, conducting commercial, market, and competitive due diligence on behalf of private equity clients and supporting larger corporate initiatives. Specifically, Peter helped develop the business case for a multinational tire company looking to enter the automobile repair and maintenance market. As part of the engagement, he conducted market and competitive research, built pro-forma financial models, developed the go-to-market strategy, and led the team through workshops to execute the launch.
Peter started his career at Inverness Graham, where he helped source, acquire, and manage growth software and manufacturing businesses.
Peter graduated from Union College with a B.A. in Economics and a Minor in Classical Civilization.
