Garima is a resource manager on Accordion’s resource management team, where she helps drive staffing strategy, resource planning, and utilization analytics across the firm’s Finance & Technology and Data & Analytics pillars.
She plays a key role in aligning staff development and talent with business needs, bringing a thoughtful, data-driven approach to workforce planning and resource optimization.
Before joining Accordion, Garima worked at a leading private equity firm in Chicago focused on tech-enabled companies. There, she supported core HR functions including benefits administration, performance management, and workforce planning, while also partnering with portfolio companies on recruiting and talent planning initiatives. Earlier in her career, she worked at a recruiting and consulting firm, where she supported clients across a range of industries with their hiring needs.
Garima holds a B.S. in Business Administration from DePaul University.
