Khaizran is an Associate with nearly five years of Human Resources experience specializing in HR operations and talent management.

Prior to joining the HRBP team at Accordion, she worked on the Talent Operations and Analytics team at IPG Mediabrands supporting a global workforce of 1500 employees. She specializes in employee relations, talent operations, and people analytics, helping teams thrive through clear communication, data-driven insights, and thoughtful HR processes.
