Anju Joseph is a Senior Director with nearly two decades of experience in corporate finance, restructuring and bankruptcy. She has expertise in liquidity and cash flow management, financial modeling, business plan analysis, and performance improvement initiatives for companies navigating operational and financial inflection points.
Prior to joining Accordion, Anju advised management teams, boards, and stakeholders in distressed situations across a wide range of industries. She led engagements focused on budgeting and variance analysis, 13-week cash flow forecasting, lender negotiations, interim management, and strategic planning. Anju also has experience providing litigation support, conducting forensic investigations, and drafting expert testimony reports in complex bankruptcy and commercial litigation matters.
Anju’s broad industry experience includes energy, aerospace and defense, technology, and real estate, where she has successfully navigated diverse sector-specific challenges to deliver tangible results.
Anju earned her J.D. from Texas Tech University School of Law and her B.S. in Finance and Economics from New York University. She is licensed to practice law by the State Bar of Texas, although non-practicing, and is a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor (CIRA).
