Mary is a Vice President of Value Creation Analytics with more than a decade of experience driving value creation at the intersection of business strategy, data and technology across automotive, energy and industrial sectors.

Before joining Accordion, Mary co-founded and built Slalom’s venture incubation capability, where she partnered with clients to identify, productize, and commercialize internal innovations. In this role, she designed go-to-market strategies grounded in financial modeling, market sizing and product-market fit validation. Mary developed financial frameworks to quantify complex value opportunities, including a business case for an automotive manufacturer’s circular economy initiative, a legal firm’s custom built concierge service and an energy distributor’s digital platform expansion.

Mary specializes in translating C-suite challenges into actionable business strategies backed by rigorous financial analysis. Her expertise spans product strategy and roadmap execution, go-to-market planning, and hypothesis-driven experimentation. She has led cross-functional teams across global markets including North America, Germany, Australia, and New Zealand, developing KPI frameworks around ROI, customer lifetime value, retention analysis, and acquisition cost optimization. Her work consistently bridges operational realities with strategic vision, whether defining platform strategies for digital growth, designing customer acquisition funnels, or building financial models to evaluate market opportunities.

Mary started her career at Toyota Motor North America as a District Sales Manager, where she drove continuous improvement activities across dealerships located in the Midwest. She conducted process reviews, managed district-level fleet operations using predictive KPI models and translated operational data into structured improvement strategies that increased dealership performance and customer retention.

Mary holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs from Indiana University with a certificate in Business.
