Hassan is a seasoned Director with seven years of experience in IT mergers & acquisitions, encompassing the complete transaction lifecycle from pre-sign due diligence through post-close integration/separation. His expertise spans both corporate and private equity M&A transactions across diverse sectors including technology, consumer, manufacturing, aerospace & defense, and power & utilities. He has successfully led numerous buy-side and sell-side engagements with transaction values ranging from $500 million to $5 billion.
Prior to joining Accordion, Hassan was with EY-Parthenon, where he provided strategic IT M&A advisory services to private equity firms. His track record includes leading over 25 IT due diligences, managing complex IT carve-outs, and executing sign-to-close and Day 1 readiness engagements. Additionally, Hassan has successfully led and executed multiple post-close engagements, including an IT TSA exit project for a large healthcare spin.
Hassan holds a Master of Business Administration in Accounting from St. John Fisher University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT).
