Gregg is a Director in Accordion’s Transformation practice, with more than two decades of consulting, advisory, and performance improvement experience, primarily in the healthcare and life sciences sectors. He focuses on driving measurable results across the business lifecycle, including strategy development, opportunity assessment, process redesign, technology optimization, and financial performance modeling.

At Accordion, Gregg leads and supports transformation and performance improvement workstreams for provider, services, and healthcare technology organizations. His work spans revenue cycle optimization, operating model redesign, and benefit realization from new technology deployments, helping management teams translate strategy into sustainable improvements in cash flow, margin, and operational effectiveness.

He has experience across a wide range of healthcare settings, including acute care hospitals, urgent care clinics, laboratory services, dental practice management, and group physician practices. His background also includes business practice outsourcing and healthcare technology platforms, such as advanced pain management solutions and “hospital at home” urgent care models.

Before joining Accordion, Gregg spent more than 20 years with leading healthcare consulting firms, where he focused on optimizing revenue cycle operations, facilitating financial turnarounds, leading business transformations, and guiding organizations through system selection, implementation, and post–go‑live refinement. He has provided transaction support to private equity investors, including operational and financial due diligence and post‑merger integration across a range of healthcare services and technology investments.

Earlier in his career, he held an operational improvement role at a major integrated health system and led the implementation of a regional business office for a national hospital system, consolidating multiple local offices into a single regional hub while coordinating process changes and technology conversions under an accelerated timeline.

Gregg holds both a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and an M.S. in Industrial Engineering (Health Systems specialization) from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
