    Noteworthy
    • As account manager, Chris led an engagement for a Fortune 50 FDA regulated client involving the turnaround of a newly acquired consumer products business unit which had not integrated well over the previous 18 months. An end-to-end assessment was used to identify and rank losses across supply chain, operations and back-office processes. A transformation office was established with chartered initiatives involving the client’s team, leading to a client reported $10.3M/yr EBITDA run rate improvement on a $100M/yr P&L after 39 weeks. Key value levers were improved inventory controls, master data integrity, shop floor efficiency, and streamlining of back-office processes which were constraining revenue.
    • Earlier in his career, led operations and championed functional excellence across commercial and finance organizations for a global distribution company which grew revenue from $300M/yr to $875M/yr over an 8 year period. The company was acquired in a PE backed transaction with EBITDA margins performing 200 bps above its industry peer group.
