Ashley is a Talent Acquisition Coordinator with a decade of experience working with firms ranging from boutique agency to Big 4 accounting.
Before joining Accordion, Ashley found her passion for recruiting support as Recruiting Operations Coordinator at EY, continued her journey as a Recruiting Coordinator at Grant Thornton, and most recently as a Senior Recruiting Coordinator at Executive Staffing Group.
Ashley served as an integral team member in each of these roles, contributing top-tier recruiting support and organizational skills to assist in creating an exceptional candidate experience. She has supported many services lines within professional services across Audit, Tax, Advisory, and Internal Client Services.
Ashley holds and Associate of Arts degree from Collin College.
