Radhika Iyer is a transformation and value-creation executive with more than two decades of experience driving operational and financial performance across global technology companies. She works at the intersection of finance, operations, and enterprise technology, helping organizations translate strategy into measurable outcomes including EBITDA expansion, working capital acceleration, and scalable operating model improvements.

Radhika has led large-scale enterprise transformations across the High Tech and TMT sectors, working with leadership teams at companies including Apple, Meta, T-Mobile, Honda, Stellantis, and Hewlett-Packard. Her experience spans corporate finance, global supply chain and operations, enterprise planning, and digital transformation initiatives that improve decision velocity and operational discipline across complex organizations.

Her work focuses on unlocking value through practical execution. Over the course of her career, she has delivered significant financial impact, including unlocking more than $1B in working capital through demand-supply rebalancing, driving $500M+ in cash conversion improvements through supply chain diversification and near-shoring, and generating $350M+ in EBITDA improvement through finance and supply chain operating model transformation. She has also led large-scale cost optimization initiatives through manufacturing network redesign, supplier cost reduction, and procurement transformation.

Earlier in her career, Radhika held senior leadership roles across finance and operations at Hewlett-Packard and Hewlett-Packard Enterprise, where she led global centers of excellence spanning FP&A, shared services, and operational governance. She also supported several major acquisitions, integrations, and divestitures including Palm, EDS, Cray, H3C, and Nimble.

Radhika is recognized for her ability to simplify complex organizations, align cross-functional leadership teams, and institutionalize operating systems that sustain performance beyond the transformation period. Her work has been recognized with the Gartner “Power of the Profession” Award for innovation in enterprise analytics and the CEO/President’s Quality Award (Top 1%) at Hewlett-Packard Enterprise.

She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) and holds an MBA from Oxford Brookes University, U.K

  • Radhika is a contemporary violinist trained in both Indian classical and Western musical traditions, and is also a composer, record producer, and session musician across multiple genres. Radhika performs on a custom 7-string violin, an expanded instrument that stretches the traditional limits of the four-string violin and reflects her fascination with pushing technical and expressive boundaries
