Jack is a Vice President in Accordion’s Operations & Technology practice with nearly a decade of experience in CFO advisory, finance transformation, and controllership. He specializes in the Life Sciences and Healthcare sectors, with a focus on supply chain, cost, and profit optimization. His expertise spans financial operations, data analytics, controls and processes, technical accounting, and project management, enabling him to support finance organizations through periods of rapid growth, transaction activity, and system change.
At Accordion, Jack leads finance and accounting workstreams for sponsor-backed companies, focusing on revenue recognition, controllership execution, and finance and accounting diagnostic efforts. He partners with CFOs, controllers, and functional leaders to redesign reporting structures, clarify roles and responsibilities, and strengthen end-to-end processes from record-to-report through planning and performance management.
His recent work includes revenue recognition modelling, accounting function SOP development, standing up management reporting frameworks across complex legal-entity structures, supporting finance master data design and governance, and coordinating cutover and readiness activities around finance transformations and ERP implementations—all with an emphasis on practical controls, clear ownership, and decision-useful reporting.
Before joining Accordion, Jack was a Manager in Deloitte’s Risk and Financial Advisory practice within the Controllership offering, where he led initiatives across enterprise planning, performance management, finance master data integration, close optimization, and transition-service-agreement separation accounting.
Earlier in his career, he held roles at PwC and First Midwest Bank, building a foundation in accounting, financial reporting, and financial services. Jack graduated cum laude from the University of Notre Dame with a B.B.A. in Accountancy, is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Illinois, and holds dual E.U. citizenship.
