Erica is a People Operations Associate within Accordion’s People Operations team. She has nearly 3 years of experience in the Human Resources field.
Prior to Accordion, Erica worked at Buro Happold, a global engineering and consulting firm as the Regional Human Resources Coordinator. There, she provided administrative support to the Human Resources team from employee relations, recruiting and learning and development needs. Erica has supported over 350+ employees across the US for any HR related questions.;
Erica graduated from Binghamton University with a B.A. in Human Development and a minor in Education.
