Kaiser Kalani

Kaiser is a Vice President with a decade of advisory and implementation management experience in healthcare operations and technology. Kaiser specializes in the revenue cycle space within healthcare.

Before joining Accordion, Kaiser was a Customer Success and Implementation Manager at Janus Health, a healthcare revenue cycle automation and intelligence startup. In his role, he led the implementation and post-live success of products with health systems and extended business office companies to drive reduction in cost to collect.

Prior to Janus Health, Kaiser was a Manager at ECG Management Consultants where he worked on an array of performance transformation projects across health systems and large provider groups. Projects included revenue cycle assessment and advisory, operating model redesigns, creation of a Managed Services Organization for a national group of regionally-managed clinics, integration of a major cancer center with an academic medical center, and large-scale Epic implementation management.

Before ECG Management Consultants, Kaiser was a Medical Group Advisor with the Advisory Board Company. During his tenure, he advised medical groups in business decision-making using advanced analytics to improve provider productivity, patient access, revenue cycle throughput, cost reduction, and staffing. Kaiser began his career with Epic, where he advised health system CFOs and revenue cycle leaders to streamline operations, facilitating a decrease in AR days of 30% on average from peak.

Kaiser graduated from Emory University with a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) and Master’s in Public Health (MPH). He also graduated from the University of Florida with a BS in Business Administration – Finance.
