Oksana is a Director with more than 15 years of experience leading cross-functional teams to drive growth through financial planning, corporate development, and business analytics across e-commerce, consumer, and technology industries. Positioned at the intersection of strategy and execution, she excels at turning data into insights that accelerate performance and enable capital events.
Before joining Accordion, Oksana held senior strategy and finance roles at high-growth, venture-backed companies. She has served as a strategic advisor to CFOs at firms such as Kobalt Music and Zola, supporting fundraising efforts, monetization planning, and financial model development.
Oksana brings a broad and versatile skillset across strategic finance, operational planning, and corporate strategy. She has led initiatives spanning budgeting, forecasting, and working capital optimization. Her expertise includes financial and strategic planning, KPI reporting, customer analytics, pricing strategy and monetization. During her career she has spearheaded multiple initiatives related to product launches and strategic partnerships.
Oksana began her career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Bear Stearns & Co. Inc. and later as a Private Equity Associate at Stone Point Capital, where she evaluated and executed transactions across the financial services sector.
She holds a B.S. in Finance, cum laude, from Rutgers University and an A.A.S. in Fashion Design from Parsons, The New School for Design.
