Emma is a Director with 6 years of experience gained in Big 4 public accounting, operational accounting & business process advisory, and system implementation advisory & design across a variety of industries, including consumer goods & services, manufacturing, real estate, financial services, and venue management.
During her time with Accordion, Emma has supported clients with demonstrated expertise in managing ERP & EPM implementations & detailed process design, program & transformation management, chart of accounts optimization, and financial close acceleration. Emma has delivered value to clients by sitting at the intersection of process & technology, supporting successful system implementations by focusing on best-in-class process design to inform system configuration and implementation. Most recently, Emma managed the transformation program, including NetSuite and Oracle EPM process designs, at a $1B entertainment & venue management company.
Prior to joining Accordion, Emma worked as an external audit associate with PwC. There, she assisted audit engagements for clients within the consumer & industrial products space. Her main areas of focus were ASC 606 revenue recognition, leasing standards, accounts receivable valuation, and inventory valuation. She began her career on a number of large private and public clients, remaining on these engagements throughout her time at PwC.
Emma graduated from the Farmer School of Business (Miami University of Ohio) with a B.S. in Business Administration. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York.
