Kelsey is a Director at Accordion. She is known for her ability to oversee multiple workstreams, deliver results and foster cross-functional collaboration.
Before joining Accordion, she supported business transformation and acquisition integration initiatives as part of the private equity consulting firm FCM. Prior to FCM, she worked for Ohio’s third-largest school district, where she led complex programs that impacted thousands of students and staff, driving operational success and regulatory compliance. Under Kelsey’s leadership, the district streamlined processes, improving receivables and program efficiency. Her keen attention to detail and risk mitigation efforts led to substantial savings and cost avoidance during audits. She also secured funding from the State of Ohio to provide millions of meals to students, ensuring that their nutritional needs were met.
Kelsey graduated from the University of Cincinnati with an M.S. in Public Health and a B.S. in Dietetics.
