Crystal is a Vice President in Accordion’s Finance Transformation practice and a leader in the firm’s Revenue Cycle Center of Excellence, with more than 30 years of experience across the healthcare revenue cycle. She has run provider revenue cycle organizations, worked with EMR and billing platforms, led outsourced RCM operations, and held roles with medical plans. This breadth gives her a comprehensive view of how front-office, clinical, and back-office activities affect collections, denials, and patient experience. Crystal is known for building high-performing teams and for using data-driven root-cause analysis to reduce denials and strengthen revenue cycle processes.
At Accordion, Crystal leads revenue cycle initiatives for sponsor‑backed healthcare platforms, including patient access, billing and coding, cash posting, and denial management. Her recent work includes leading patient access and eligibility initiatives, clearinghouse and claim‑flow stabilization, and patient collections programs for large multi‑site physician and specialty platforms, often coordinating closely with clinical operations, finance, and IT to improve both financial outcomes and patient communication. She serves as a lead for revenue cycle diagnostics and workplan execution, translating detailed data and denial analysis into actionable changes in workflows, staffing, and technology configuration.
Before joining Accordion, Crystal spent 11 years as Head of Revenue Cycle Management at Low T Physician Services, PLLC (Low T Center), where she was responsible for patient access (including eligibility and prior authorizations), billing and coding, cash posting, and denial management. She later served in a leadership role at AllerVie focused on patient access, clearinghouse operations, and patient collections. Earlier in her career, she held revenue cycle roles with AdvancedMD and CompOne Services, and over time has personally performed every major function within the revenue cycle—from front‑desk and pre‑registration through billing, follow‑up, and payer relations.
