Carli DeLaura

Carli is a VP with 10+ years of human capital management experience with a concentration on strategic people analytics and automation. She focused the first several years of her professional career within the non-profit space before transitioning into the professional services sector with a specialized focus on innovating with people data.

Prior to joining Accordion, Carli led the build out of the People Analytics function at L.E.K. Consulting, bringing life to data to leverage for strategic decision making. As a trusted advisor to leadership, Carli internally consulted cross-functionally leading collaborative needs assessments to design analytical methodologies to solve challenges relating to workforce sustainability, performance management and process optimization. During a time of high growth for the Firm, Carli expanded the practice area of People Analytics to encompass the redesign of operational and data driven processes across the Talent team using automation tools to support sustainable growth.

Carli graduated with honors from Bryant University with a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management and from Boston University with a M.B.A. with a concentration in Social Impact.
