Nick is a Senior Director at Accordion with more than 20 years of experience leading lead-to-cash transformation initiatives for global organizations. He specializes in Revenue Cloud, Agentforce Revenue Management, CPQ, Billing, CRM, ERP, and enterprise application integrations, helping companies modernize revenue operations across sales, service, and finance.

Before Accordion, Nick spent more than a decade at A5, where he helped deliver enterprise-scale Salesforce Revenue Cloud and CPQ implementations. Throughout his career, he has partnered with business and technology leaders to design scalable solutions that align technology investments with revenue growth, operational efficiency, and customer experience goals.

He brings deep expertise in product and services configuration, pricing and discounting, proposal generation, order capture, billing, payments, and Salesforce-to-ERP integrations. Nick has led transformation programs for companies including Parker, Morningstar, Array, CDS, FANUC, Knoll, Denso, and CTB.

He earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Iowa.
