Nathaniel is a Director with a decade of experience delivering data-driven performance improvement with clients ranging from founder-led start-ups to Fortune 500 tech companies.

Before joining Accordion, Nathaniel worked at KPMG in their Technology, Media and Telecoms Deal Advisory & Strategy practice. During his time at KPMG, Nathaniel specialized in analyzing qualitative and quantitative client data to provide actionable insights in customer retention, revenue forecasting, working capital liquidity improvement, and cost reductions. Nathaniel also advised C-Suite leaders on transitioning to SaaS business models and the impact on revenue and margin forecasting.

Prior to consulting, Nathaniel led USA Field Hockey’s performance analytics program, developing KPIs and metrics to drive individual and team performance. Nathaniel was on staff for two Olympics—a World Cup and multiple Pan American competitions.

Nathaniel earned his M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and graduated from Princeton University with a B.A. in Politics.
