Justin is a Director in Accordion’s Finance Transformation practice with more than two decades of experience under the Office of the CFO and in operational finance leadership roles in industry. He partners with finance leaders to modernize core processes, strengthen reporting, and enable data‑driven decision‑making, leading workstreams that span process redesign, technology enablement, and change management for private and public companies.

At Accordion, Justin focuses on finance process optimization and digital enablement, including close and reporting, procure‑to‑pay, order‑to‑cash, and broader controllership workflows. He has led programs to streamline approval and governance processes, redesign finance operating models, and implement or enhance cloud‑based tools to automate manual activities and improve the quality and timeliness of financial insights.

His experience includes helping clients prepare for public company readiness, integrate finance operations following acquisitions, and develop finance transformation roadmaps benchmarked against leading practices.

Before joining Accordion, Justin spent eight years in management consulting, supporting CFOs and controllers on future‑state process design, IPO preparation, integration, and performance benchmarking. Earlier in his career, he held operational finance roles across financial planning and analysis, technical accounting, capital forecasting, and transformation, including leading the end‑to‑end P&L management of a $200M business unit.

Justin holds an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of California, Davis and a B.A. in Business‑Economics with a specialization in Computing from UCLA, and he is a California‑licensed CPA.
