Naveen is a Vice President in Accordion’s Transformation practice with over 7 years of experience. His expertise includes performance improvement, cost optimization, supply chain transformation, data analytics, merger integration and divestitures, and product development.

Prior to joining Accordion, Naveen was a Vice President at AlixPartners in their Performance & Technology practice where he helped clients develop and realize their transformation goals across technology, chemicals, supply chain, and retail clients. Before AlixPartners, he worked at General Motors and Polaris Ind where he was responsible for designing and developing innovative product solutions using simulation based analytical methods.

Naveen graduated from Rutgers University with a M.E. in Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering and University of Texas – Austin with an M.B.A.
