Mike Labuda

Mike is a Director in Accordion’s CFO Technology practice with nearly a decade of experience spanning auditing, quality of earnings reporting, and NetSuite consulting for both public companies and family‑owned businesses. He focuses on helping finance organizations use NetSuite as a scalable financial platform, drawing on his accounting background to design configurations, reports, and controls that improve visibility into performance and support more efficient close and reporting cycles.

At Accordion, Mike leads NetSuite implementation and optimization work, including support and enhancement projects, payment and billing automation, and integrations that streamline end‑to‑end finance workflows. His work includes designing and refining expense allocation, intercompany, and approval processes so clients can rely on timely, accurate data for management and stakeholder reporting.

Before joining Accordion, Mike was a Senior NetSuite Consultant at Grossman Yanak & Ford LLP, where he managed multiple NetSuite implementations and support engagements, and earlier spent three years as an auditor serving private companies across professional services, manufacturing, nonprofit, and retail sectors.

He holds a B.S. in Accounting from Saint Vincent College and is a Certified Public Accountant in Pennsylvania.
