Nick Nicolacakis

Nick Nicolacakis is a Solutions Lead with more than two decades of implementation experience in various industries such as IT Software and Services, Transportation, Media, Retailing, Oil & Gas Operations, Healthcare Equipment & Services, Public Sector, Higher Education, and Technology Hardware & Equipment. Nick specializes in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) including Planning, Essbase, FDMEE, and Reporting.

Prior to joining Accordion, Nick was a Senior Director at an industry leading EPM consultancy, delivering best-in-class solutions to the office of the CFO with a focus on operational expense and workforce planning, ERP integrations, and management reporting. Specialty work-product deliverables include architecting labor analytics cubes, royalty forecasting calculations, multi-dimensional/multi-methodology allocations, and real-time updates to reporting environments. Nick focuses on creating configurable solutions to enable an accelerated go-live with enhanced functionality in less time at less cost.

Nick began his career as an Analyst at Bank One Corporation where he learned the nuances of finance administration. He holds certifications in Oracle Planning, Essbase, and Anaplan Intermediate Model Building. Nick has a BSBA from The Ohio State University.
