Veronica is a Vice President with over eight years of experience across a variety of areas within finance including Investment Banking and FP&A.
Before joining Accordion, Veronica worked at Lazard as an Investment Banking Vice President advising companies on matters involving mergers and acquisitions, corporate strategy, business separation, sales, strategic investments, capital structure, capital raises and shareholder engagement, among others. She worked with companies across a variety of industries including agribusiness and nutrition, industrials, renewable energy, business services and retail services. Veronica was highly involved in the firm’s diversity efforts including Lazard’s Americas Women in Banking Network and Lazard’s Hispanic Network Somos in which she was a founding member.
Prior to Lazard, she began her career as a Controller within the CFO office at Brose, a major automotive supplier. There she was pivotal in investment analyses, budgeting and forecasting efforts and processes automatization.
Veronica graduated with honors from Oakland University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a minor in French, and from the University of Michigan Stephen Ross School of Business with a Master of Business Administration.
